764 is named Simron (or Simran, but I'm sure that name has already been used)
@John - 4845. Same garage as well! Almost like the two Scarlett's at WB, 4761 and 4980

Our Sutton buses are starting to get scrolling via points, I guess in preperation for the service changes. A Sutton Lines branded has, a ticket branded bus has and a '61' plate on the 914 has also.

I prefer the static ones personally

Didn't everyone? One thing I miss is the 'flexible possibilities' of how they could be programmed. For example, WB's recently "retired" displays on the 74E, showing like this:
http://wmbusphotos.com/NXWM/4700-4879/4960.html
or these, from Coventry... (Service 20E, although the font on the '9' is top notch, also.)

However, I must admit, I feel like the new displays, across the whole network, is starting to grow on me... ::) I think it's my inner perfectionist. Almost all of the displays are in an identical format. :P - Anyway, I guess all that really matters is that the routr and destination is clearly displayed.

914 inbound shows Via Kingsbury Road
902/4/5 show via Wylde Green
907 outbound only shows via College Road (inbound is still static)

The Real 4778

1939 on the 66 at Chester Road/ Boldmere Road around 2000 last night.

They all should have it now, as the new routes start from today

There is a Gemini in garage with 52A Booth's Farm Rd via Birchfield Rd on the display. LEDs show Perry Beeches on both. (I have noticed that either when it shows Hassop Rd or via Perry Barr, it comes up as Perry Beaches)

There is a Sutton E400 still with an old 905 display, so god help the driver if he has to go to Minworth

What will the normal allocation for the 52/A be?
Class 153, 155 and 156. The Super Sprinters
"Around the corner" routes: 21, 89
Local routes: 12/A, 48/A
Semi-local routes: 54, 80, 87

Most used routes in bold

Sunday service seems to be 2 Geminis, with 4493 been one. As for Monday to Saturday, I'm not sure. (Forget what I said about Enviro400s), but I could see it been a mix of OmniLink and deckers, for a while, until transfers may arrive.

Edit - 2 Geminis on today, 4502 is the other

I was thinking it would be OmniLinks due to PB gaining some

So weird seeing 52 on a display again.... Especially On a Gemini
Equally weird seeing buses come up Beeches road and turning left. Harking back to the 28A a bit!
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....

The Real 4778

Weird to see a 15 climbing Penns Lane to make the Orphanage Road turn just after 7 this morning!  Omnilink obviously.  Could be quite a useful service for us Walmleyites.

Two buses I've seen so far on the 52 are an OmniLink and a Gemini
