Interesting, but I'm not sure you should have named the driver.

He posted the picture publicly on my Facebook page using his own name, so I don't see the problem here, it's not like he discussed it in confidence with me.
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

That is a mistake by him, and by mentioning his name on here you have broadcast it to even more people.

The notices that appear in the garages are there for the employees, not to be broadcast over social media sites for anyone to see, including competing companys who may take an interest to any changes the comany are making.

I wonder what view @Tony or @Liverpool Street think about this?

I'm not having a go at you personally.

I wasn't aware young kids are posting on here

My apologises to the fox for my earlier post

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

Fair enough, I can remove his picture from my Facebook page if requested to do so.

6029 & 6031 were both out all day today

Am I correct in assuming there is virtually no chance of a Bendi being used on the 67 on a Saturday?

Depends on vehicle availablility, one does sneek out some Saturdays

Stu

Shame, I'd love to have one last ride on one before they go, just for old times sake! But would have to be a Saturday though, as I'm working during the week.

Tony, can you confirm what my 'source' revealed, that some of the bendies have already been withdrawn from service (even if unofficially)?

Just from vehicle watching I would be surprised if any other than 6029-31 appeared in service as none of the others have even moved recently

monkeyjoe

Are they withdrawn before the new buses come in then?
