There was a b5 hybrid in west brom bus station this afternoon-couldnt catch the number as I was on a diamond 4H leaving

5514 on the 79. Rode it from Wolverhampton to West Brom

You must have been arriving in west brom then just as I was leaving on X808NWX the ex ludlows cadet on the 4H which sounded better than last time I caught it but still unhealthy

They should keep the 54 regs for other BC routes eg bristol road not send them to another garage that would leave BC again with an unbalanced age profile-lots of new buses and old buses but little in the middle- i thought NX wanted to avoid that

BC could get a large chunk of new buses  in 2014.

As much as I like mercs they absolutely have to go soon. They rattle, wallow and are really rusted and the interiors dated with swathes of cheap grey plastics. The liberators lasted far better

Well I hope WN will keep enough Mercs for the 81 and 82 at the very least as they would fill B6's pretty quickly but I'm all for B6's replacing Mercs as the ones left are all in good condition

Don't think WN would swap a newer merc(1678) for an older example (1604). 2153 will probably replace it

Well I hope WN will keep enough Mercs for the 81 and 82 at the very least as they would fill B6's pretty quickly but I'm all for B6's replacing Mercs as the ones left are all in good condition

I f***ing hope thay dont keep them on the 81/82 sick of them put b6 or b7rle on them
