It seems Tridents are the topic of the day so to avoid going off topic in other topics here we go

Not been a fan of the tridents, although my only real experience of them is on the 74. think they look a bit like boxes on wheels (like the Mercs).

However looking forward to them entering service at PE, hopefully the ones being sent to PE are in better condition than the WB examples i have travelled on. Would have thought that the whole allocation 4189 to 4202 would have been sent to PE.
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Not really fan of them
Prefer the sound of Volvo B7TL :)

Hate to be pedantic, but WB don't have any Tridents. There's are Volvo B7TLs with Alexander ALX400 bodywork. Easily mistaken though, as the ALX400 bodywork is also used on the Dennis Trident chassis, with some slight differences, the B7TL ALX400s have two rows of seats in front of the staircase upstairs being the main one.

My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

No need to be sorry :) I can see though why tridents and B7TL with ALX400 body are mistaken for each other

On the offside Volvos don't have the small window behind the stairs, on the rear Volvos have an extra vent between the decks
