4819 has a TWM seat (the style in WA B7RLEs)

So did the earlier B10L refurb's, they had aluminium chequer plate riveted to the seat backs, no doubt masking burns. Later B10L refurb's had the grey plastic seats replaced with new blue one's
It was to stop people burning the plastic back covers.
