It's common that a PB platinum appears on a non platinum route and vice versa. Be happy that there's a bus running on that board and not a gap in the service. Vehicle swaps can happen for a variety of reasons.

Don't give me the be happy stuff. Obviously I'd rather a bus than none at all but that isn't the point

All 3 routes need deckers. The x21 doesn't deserve them anymore than the x20. The x21 and x22 from university/ Selly Oak to outer city terminus could cope with single deckers during the off peak
