Did everyone miss it? 4941(?) on the 60?
I wonder if they will put a new one on the 900 some point next week?

You will probably find that the new Enviro400s will appear on 900/957 as well (with 13 plates on the 24 as well), unless they gain branding for the 24 soon

In my opinion, if the 24 would be branded, it'll look quite strange, and sort of rule out the exWN hybrid branding as if it were strictly for services 22 & 23. In theory, the branding most likely to be applied could may well be another Harborne branding for the E400s. If not, then shoot me dead...

Not sure they'd bother branding these as it would mean they'd see no use in the evenings or on Sundays when the 24 is B7RLE operated due to inter working with the 29/A. 22/23 is usually 100% B5 operated evenings and Sundays.

Unless the 24 will convert to back to DD operation on Sundays meaning the 29/A become DD operated during these periods?

Will all of them be needed? with the B5s appearing on the 24 aswell, the e400s could be used elsewhere

In theory most will be needed. I think there are around 16 boards on the 22/23 so assuming it's 100% hybrid that leaves a couple of spares. PVR of the 24 must be around 8 vehicles so again there will be one or two spares. Don't forget that the Harborne services regularly see 2 or 3 490x E400s each day, and as a result Tridents regularly appear on the 900/957. The 10 new ones should allow for the 24, 900 and 957 to be fully E400 operated, although in practice E400s will find their way onto the 22/23 and B5s onto the 24.

Are any of 4940-49 in service today? I want to try and get a ride on one today. If anybody could tell me then i would be very grateful :)

Sh4318

I wonder if 4940-4949 will be used on other services on Sundays. If they were used on the 60, it could be converted to 100% Enviro on Sundays

Surprised no one has noticed, or at least commented on the revised 97 branding. Photos appearing on the main site in a few minutes for anyone to 'spot the difference'

The 24 hour sticker has changed, noit sure if it looks better or worse?
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).
