All day or did it operate the 17:23 Birmingham to Dudley 140?

Sorry, I was unaware that 4196 and other vehicles had transferred BC to PE. The 1723 140 from B'ham is a peak afternoon running board
and is a double decker since it operates School Service 829.
No idea

If it does is this a BC peak working as happens in the morning 9E / 829.

The 1723 140 from B'ham was running
Pensnett to St. Paul's School (Edgbaston) then 829 to City Centre
9E City to Quinton Church to City
140 City to Dudley.

This working is operated by PE

It was a Dudley to Birmingham working I saw. In the Edgbaston area

If you look at the time of the post which was 12:16AM, it was in fact yesterday 5510 was on the 126. I saw it going down the Hagley road about 20:50 having just passed 2067 going towards Wolverhampton!
