What do you mean by 'foreign reg plate'?

If you mean a white one with reg charactors on that is a 'trade plate' which is needed if a vehicle is being driven on the highway without either tax or valid MoT.

4718 appears to have gone to Coventry this morning, presumably for an MoT inspection, so that is where it was going when you saw it. It must have passed as it is currently out in service on the 35

1406 & 1408 have now gone to Lea Hall

I remember 1080 being the last lynx in 2007 hanging on a month after
Others had departed to Walsall.
