If I'm honest, turning some 6s at Shirley or Robin Hood would make sense if there was a equal service on another route that runs the same line of route between there and Solihull
There is. The 76.

There is. The 76.

It's not as frequent as the 6 (not even close) at every 20 mins (every 30 currently)

@Tony there's rumours going around that deckers have been on the 27 full route these last 4 days can you confirm if it's happened or it's a lie

Nothing has lost its roof

Since the 27 goes under a low bridge unless nxwm have any new open toppers which @Tony confirmed nothing has lost its roof, I'd say it's a total lie

Yardley Wood have been struggling to get enough Scanias fit after some broken windows, so have borrowed some E200MMCs from AG to cover, but they are certainly not deckers

I heard that the Stratford Road could be revised as follows:

5 re-routed from Shirley to Solihull via Blossomfield
6 unchanged
6A as 6 to Shirley, then replacing 5 to Solihull via Monkspath and Widney.

It's a bit complicated isn't it!

5/6 taking the current 6 route and 6A taking the current 5 route doesn't sound very complicated to me.
Passengers will also quickly get used to it. Surely the many changes the South West of Birmingham had in July 2018 would have been more complicated at the time, yet people quickly got used to that.

What would the frequencies likely be?
Local Routes
94/95, 11A/11C, 28.

The 5 could keep its 20 minute frequency but could get a frequency increase to every 30 minutes instead of an hour.
The 6 could get a slight frequency decrease to combine with the 6A.

Sorry, but that makes no sense whatsoever.  ::)

My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

It does I forgot to say the evening. In the evening, the frequency can be increased to every 30 minutes instead of hourly.

I think it's more likely to be every hour on each route (5, 6, 6A) combining every 20 minutes

Yeah that makes sense. But the 5 operates out of AG, not YW.

That has nothing to do with the frequency.

The 55 and 94 have combined to a joint frequency for the past few years and they are operated by different garages.

Local Routes
94/95, 11A/11C, 28.

The rumours are that the 5 & 6A will operate out of AG. A rough PVR of 14 if both services are every 20 minutes, possibly inter working.

It does fit into the other rumours that the 73 will no longer interwork the 5, so perhaps some truth to it all.
