Well the journey I rode had only 2 passengers including me for most of the journey

Probably due to one not long leaving after 2013 (Although supposedly every 20 mins). 4563 came into Wolverhampton Bus Station not long after 2013 left. Plus the 126 isn't that busy at 20:00 on a tuesday evening.
