TWM and the Volvo B10BLE

After talking to a friend and browsing a few fleet lists, its visible that the B10BLE got a few large orders in its time. I was wondering why TWM didn't buy any yet Travel Dundee did buy some?

I think by that time they may have already had the deal with Mercedez for large fleet orders, and they wanted to standardise Dundee with Volvo products. All just a guess, no facts.
