Many thanks to you both...I wonder if the route of the x6 would take you anywhere near the leicester RAIL station?...  I expect de courcy will have a timetable somewhere.

According to Traveline, nearest stop to Leicester station is Charles Street, so it doesn't pass the railway station but is only about 5-10 mins walk away from it.

Currently on the Isle of Man with my scouts for a week. Had the chance today to leave them with the other leaders and activity instructors and have a day to meself. Naturally I bought an island explorer day ticket and went out and about.

Got a lift with the kids into Ramsey for their morning activity, and then:

The numerous fare dodgers between Wolverhampton and Smethwick will miss the 323's aswell as they will have conductors going through trains far more regularly. Still, on the upside there will be double the number of toilets to hide in and you can squeeze a good few dodgers into the accesible toilet on a 350.

Unfortunately it will probably make the problem worse in my experience. The 350/2's have inadequate bins that are notoriously difficult to find, to the point where most people don't bother to look for them.
