I do this route a lot so it goes througha housing estate (tettenhall wood). You get off on one side of the road then there is a bus stop on the other side where the 1 turns at a mini island. Route 10 also serves this stop.

Not a pub anymore. Its a interior shop called interiors at no. 72.

But yes it used to be the bird in hand pub.

Strange but true such a 'dodgy' pub in an otherwise 'nice' area, well I lived to tell the tale at least!!
