I came up with a theory
So Yardley wood are loaning some of the red MMC to release the platinums to Birmingham central and then when some tridents get withdrawn the red MMC's can go back get transferred to Acocks green the platinums which are waiting at Wolverhampton can go to birmingham central for ticket machine and go to Yardley wood

I tried to explain as best as I can

As of a week or so ago, BC had 3 vehicles at Carlyle for repairs and 5505 also seems to have been at Hartshornes for some time, so maybe BC is short of buses at the moment.

@Tony what's happening with 758. Haven't seen it mentioned on here and its still showing as a WB bus in the fleetlist, however it still seems to be at PN, was on the 7 today. Is it a transfer or long term loan?
