Just saw a 529 branded trident heading to Bloxwich, not sure if it was in service as I only clocked the back end and could not see the rear blind properly

Which direction? Could be 4604, which was seen heading to Miller St. Or it could be running private to Walsall from W'ton or other way round depending on which way you saw it. It is not uncommon for 529's to run private through Bloxwich the Wednesfield, especially if Junction 10 is busy.
