Also, I seem to see 4157 (lum Rock branding) on the 24 every morning around 8:25 in Quinton...

97 branded 4461 was parked up in the lay-by from city just where the Quinton Expressway and Hagley Road meet, at around 8.30 this morning. No idea why as it was way too late to be taking up service on the 9. It wasn't broken down as I was driving behind it prior to it pulling over.

Most school runs are on 'Peak only' boards so are normally allocated buses that are due inspection/special clean/ minor repair work so that they are back in garage around 09:30 and the work can be done so the bus can be back out in the evening peak. All buses have an inspection at least every 4 weeks, and all buses have a special clean at least every four weeks, so branded buses will regularly turn up on school runs for this reason

There was a 900 branded bus on the 23A this morning - saw it about half an hour ago, on the 24 now...
