37 branded Omnilink doing a 5E short working to The Baldwin, saw about 19:50 in Sparkbrook.

Looking on the timetable this short working is timetabled, but must have been running over ten minutes late.

saw it running dead near Yardley/Sheldon - cant remember where! - at around 3:30, then on the 60 in Digbeth about 4:25

I saw 803 on the 60 at Small Heath island at 6.50pm.

Sutton branded 4922 on peak 952s. Parked at Hassop Road terminus this evening

there was an E200 on the 48
didn't catch the number but it was in Bearwood about 2:30/3

Except none of WB's E200's are branded for any route?  Did you mean to post it in the Noteworthy Workings thread?  The E200 on the 48 is 815 BTW :)

Yes, I'm aware of that, Nathan, but it is a branded bus nevertheless. :) What other thread could I put a note in?

Sorry if I sounded blunt :) I suppose it is branding in a way? But then again you could argue its just advertising? The Ticket advertising E400's operate regually on other PB routes? Has it been posted in the PB Garage thread?
