Last Sunday there were mercs out on the 297E. Which routes don't see B7RLE's on Sundays except;
PE; 9, 141
WN; 126 ?

The 243/4 should be B6LE with the odd Merc on Sunday.

As far as I know, except the 297/A/E and the 276, all PE routes which usually get Mercs still get Mercs on a Sunday

Yes, short workings of the 297, numbered 297E
Class 153, 155 and 156. The Super Sprinters
Local Routes: 21, 89, 48/A, 12/A, 54/A
Semi-local routes: 80, 87

4800 was on the 9 this morning, but saw it again this evening on the 140/241.

The last time it was on that route, the hills towards Dudley absolutely killed it, as 4800 is by far the slowest PE Enviro400

Two vehicle swaps in Wolverhampton today:

1679 displaying 81 on rear destination which went onto the 2!

Secondly 4540 has been on the 25/25A today but went onto Metro Replacent at 17:10.1650 replaced 4540 on the 25.

A couple in Wolverhampton today:

Firstly 2062 was on an unusual working of route 28 then not so long back it went onto another unusual working of the 126!

Also this is the best one! 5513 was on the 1 this morning then it sneaked onto the 529!!!

Good spots. :)

2062 probably got changed because of a 126 breakdown, and 0405N and Spectra and the B6LE and Excel can't go on there because of the emissions.
Does anyone know what went onto the 28 in its place?

Think that was the first WN hybrid to go on a route other than the 1.

Trident 4609

Yes it is the the first time a hybrid has been on another route

I saw 2062 in Wolverhampton bus station On the 126 around 18:45 so the NX 28 service would of just finished service.

By the way, I'm almost certain that the 243/4 interworks with the 276 in the evening now (not just one running board), so seeing a vehicle swap between these routes at Dudley is normal

Saturday

1764 - Daytime service (4/H/M), then later appeared on the 10A service before running out of service to Walsall Garage

2078 was on the 141 first thing yesterday morning, but then saw it on the 140/241 in the evening

Also, since a 1-branded E400H was sighted on the 126 late last night, I wonder if a vehicle swap had occurred between the 1 and 126?

John

I saw and photographed B6LE 569 on the 5 in Sutton Yesterday. I then saw it on the 45 in Walsall later in the day.

Is this working a peak time bus on the 5, and then goes onto the 45 for the rest of the day. Or did it replace a defective bus on the 45, and a double decker replaced 569 on the 5.

uniquicity

Funnily enough, 569 is out on the afternoon peak on the 5 again today. This came straight out the garage though, not off another route.
