WB40 had 3 E200s and an ALX400 running today - very unusual to have less Mercs/B6s than anything else on there.

Lately the 40 seems to get a mix bag of vehicles and double deckers are getting more frequent on there i spotted 2 on there one day last week. Similar to a few WB routes now though (40/42/43/45/46) they seem to get the enviro 200 and anything else to make the numbers up but at least it makes a change.

The allocation seems to change on a weekly basis - one week it's Mercs and B6s all week, another week it's E200s all week - another one running around the on the 40 today.

244 also made a rare trip out into service on the 38.

I have a feeling it is who is on despatch duty at the depot. Last week the 243 was a mix of B6s and Mercs, even the odd B7RLE, this week its mostly Mercs!
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).
