Any idea when they should arrive or how long a bus takes to build?

Ashley

Thanks for the info Tony. I'm also asking richies question, I assume we'll start seeing them maybe April onwards

April? I'd guess it'll be much later in the year, maybe summer at the earliest?

My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

If Wrights already have the chassis numbers, that means the bodies are already under construction, so not too far away. The fact 20 are already on the production line tells me the first ones are almost finished

I guess this means I have to haul my backside to Coventry to photograph the Omnilinks before the Wrights are finished  ::)
Class 153, 155 and 156. The Super Sprinters

True, and I will admit that I don't know how long how it takes to build a bus and test it, but still April is a bit optimistic for them to have been built, delivered and in service?  ::)

As Coventry had a batch of Mk1 Metrobuses in the 2156-68 range - suppose it is appropriate that the expected Volvo B7RLE's will carry similar numbers.
