At least NX's are the right colour!  :P

This, in my opinion, is a huge part of the problem that TfWM have chosen a livery almost identical to the area's main operator for these services. Whilst I can see some logic in a single livery I strongly feel that a neutral colur should have been chosen. I'm sure passengers on the 31/32, 42/43 think they are getting on a NX bus when a Diamond turns up. I know the company name appears on the vehicles but does the average passenger look for that detail?

You then have the same (bland) branding style being rolled out onto the new NX deliveries too just to confuse people further...

I think it's actually a transfer to Tividale, with Redditch receiving 30408 as a replacement, 30528/9 are due to be returned off lease imminently.
