1526 on the 5 (branded for the Dudley Road) not sure how long this bus has got left in service thought saw 1622 today on the 83 same theory with that bus that they could be the next 2 mercs to be withdrawn from WB.

It arrived at Merry Hill this morning with one person on board, and left empty.  With an Excel on today and a B6 on Tuesday (632), WN seem to have given up.

Also 1673 has been on the 256/257 today, replacing a failed Trident I think.

Mon - Sat X1 Journeys pick up from Dudley. But I think more people would travel on it, if it wasnt such a long route to merry hill. Maybe it should just go Wolverhampton - Dudley - Merry Hill LIMITED STOP

Hope it hangs around for a bit longer to always like 1526/1534 currently at WB as I must have spent many hours traveling on these buses when they were allocated to the 404. Even thought 1526 wasn't branded it has the on board announcements so was rarely seen off the service.

Yeah, 1534 in particular is one of my favourites, as well as 1529, which was unfortunately withdrawn a while back

I passed WB garage yesterday morning, there was a Dudley Road Merc parked right by the gate, I thought it was 1526 withdrawn but obviously not
