You're very well educated. Do you work for us in some serious height or are you just a deep nut?

I think the first Trident to scrapped (outside of fire damage etc) will be 4180.

No, don't work in the bus industry, I'm a CAD draughtsman, I fall in to your 'deep nut category' I guess ;-)

I have a keen interest in the NX group

Hahaha you're funny as well!

OK, one for you, do we have any buses in our fleet that are nearing the same age as Metrobuses?

Funny in the head maybe  :-\

Not that I'm aware of, the oldest buses are the last two D-reg Metrobus trainers which date back to 1986, the oldest service buses are P-reg B6LE & B10L new in 1996

No but I mean in service everyday. And that 3225 won't be around for much longer the chassis is rotting.

All of NXWM's early Tridents are Euro 3 apparently.

That's correct, 4125 onwards are all Euro3 & above

Other than 4586, do any other NXWM ALX400 Tridents have a Euro4 engine?

Some of the BC tridents have been fitted with euro 4. 4586 is the only WN that is fitted with euro 4 although i think it originally had Euro 3

I will still like to see an early Trident to get scrapped. If you drive them you'll know why.
