Why would they loan from Walsall instead of WB or WN? They normally turn to them if they need buses.

Not if it's unreasonable. For example transferring 861,862,863 to PN and 855,856,857 to WN. Extra unnecessary moves.

1898 has now transferred from Yardley Wood to Perry Barr. Just seen it leave Perry Barr Garage on a 52 peak board.
