Would which garage would run the 100 route seeing as East Birmingham has no local depot any more?

Acocks Green are running the Shuttle, using B7RLEs, see

Nice shot, is this by itself or something to do with the 966, ?

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

I don't know. That one isn't my pic, but with it been a single decker, I would be led to believe that it is a route on its own, and it runs dead from Acocks Green

That's some serious lost mileage. Thought it'll make more sense to put it at a garage with various Chelmsley routes so it can interwork with another board to reduce lost mileage.

Chelmsley Road is shut for 5 weeks, between the Island where the police station is, up over a road bridge, which will be under repair, up to another island (heading away from Pine Square). The 94 (and any other services using Chelmsley Road) is diverted down Bosworth Drive (I think it was) to get to Pine Square. The shuttle service is linking Chelmsley Road with Pine Square, as the road closure will mean no buses can use Chelmsley Road

The 71 heading towards Sutton Coldfield is using the 55 Route from Chelmsley Wood I should imagine its the same heading to Solihull
