Unlikely to be an oil leak, coming the ceiling. More than likely an water leak.

On Prestons 40807 BX21 DFE and there's a broken roof panel at the back (see attached photo)

21204 front blind hasn't been working for weeks as well actually.
One day I saw someone let it go past them as they couldn't tell what bus it was.
