I seen Tony's post on Facebook stating that E251, E252 and E256 are operating Glastonbury services from today.

E251/2/3/5/6/7. Z4009/10 are all at Glastonbury.  They are being covered the same as the diesels down there by early summer timetable reductions  and buses that would have been withdrawn if Glastonbury wasn't happening

After carrying all the 'happy' festival goers I wondered if the buses come back with any internal damage or muddy seats, etc?
Perhaps all the passengers are well behaved and no trouble at all?

How would there be muddy seats when we're having a heat wave...

At G I thought anything goes!

Tony

Why would they come back with any 'internal damage'?

What makes you think they would cause damage. If you must know in the 5 years I have been working down there the class of passenger you carry is much higher than most services. They are virtually all extremely polite, appreciate the service and are a pleasure to carry.

When the grounds rock hard because we've had no rain, there's not going to be any mud regardless....

They were actually spraying the temporary bus station with water to keep the dust down!

I'm not at all surprised, at the best part of £400 per ticket + food and drink expense, the demographic at festivals is not what many think.
