Well considering how they dont entirely care how rhey send the buses out ive been on ons where its smelt like weed of something. I doubt they would care much about the tracking or ticketer which is fairly optional.

Well considering how you don't entirely care for spelling and punctuation in your posts, I'm amazed that you know if it actually WAS weed OR something. We only have your word for that. 

Have you spoken to Banga about the smell and lack of tracking before berating them on a public forum? As I've said, they may have had a questionable past, but compared to 5, 10 or 20 years ago, they have come on in leaps and bounds.

Still, they can't all be perfect like armchair bus spotters now, can they?

Never said they had to be perfect. Considering tracking can be a mess at times with whatever they use they genuinly might not know. If you think me making a statement on a somewhat common issue is "berating them" then you should see other stuff people would say.

Drivers can smoke weed in the bus. Theres also the fact that they could js not care abt the bus meaning they let whatever happen without cleaning it.

No they absolutely cannot. Laws on smoking within public service vehicles are the same as for passengers, it is a criminal offence. 

The law also applies to drivers of any company-owned vehicle while being used in a work-related capacity.

Drivers can lose their job if they are found to be smoking in a company vehicle.

Now, if you have any evidence of one of Bangas drivers smoking weed or cigarettes inside one of their buses, then in the first instance you should contact Banga Buses and record a complaint:
