You cannot put E200MMCs on the 5, they don't actually go around the route. On the odd occasion one does get on there the driver had to take a small diversion, similarly AG won't use E200MMCs on the 73 which is why that route is B7RLE
Just a quick one, how come double decks don't appear on the 73 that often?

So, there's just been a discussion about overcrowding on the 4 and you're asking why 'deckers aren't on the 73?

It's quite clear and obvious as to why the 73 doesn't get them!

Because that would mean taking them off another route that needed them

But the thing is school times it gets just as packed as other routes that need to have deckers, so why couldn't it go onto the 73 for a bit then go onto a route that needed it back?

You mean when other routes don't need it.....like when the schools come out?

Probabky pie in the sky, but it'd be really great if AG could have 40 new electrics in due course, replace the remaining Geminis and send the E200MMC to say, Walsall or West Bromwich (or any garages with Scanias). Wrong thread, I know, but presumably when CV gets electric single deckers sometime this year another (nearly) 30 diesel singles will be available for Scania garages!

You honestly think that's going to happen?

why not, they were the first garage to gain electrics, it makes sense to finish one before you start another, i think you they should complete CV then complete YW before moving on again, probably WN & WA ??
3000 F300 XOF

like 3000 I do not exist anymore........ worth nothing as scrap either

It's not Coventry getting buses or the order in which garages are done. It's the timeline involved. Some of these BYDs at YW and PB were sat around in storage for months because of the time it took to install and turn on charging units.
