West midlands bus franchising

I wonder about the basic things like livery. WMB two tone red is ok, or will they do what WMPTE did and go by the largest operator livery. Will grey live on?
What about the name? West Midlands Bus is ok. Or will they pick something stupid like Bee Network?
Bull Network? Rats the size of cats Network?

Given talk of a livery for all vehicles coming within the proposed franchise is it likely that, for example, NXWM will pause repaints of their existing vehicles except in exceptional circumstances. What would be the point as any repaints undertaken could have a short life. A cost saving maybe?

They already seemed to have paused them. Many of the West Brom 4900s are in desperate need of a refurbishment and repaint. A few received it last year but none so far this year.

Two BC, two CV, one WA currently in, one AG due in this week, hardly paused,  the number in at any time depends on the number of body makers available to do the repanneling, more RTCs being done means less refurbs
