There is usually 4 parked on site, they appear to be swapped with the ones in store to do inspections etc and fit the equipment needed for service

So now the big question. Are they still being returned for storage at Corby after inspection/equipment fitting or are they about to be introduced into service in Coventry/Warwickshire? Is Nuneaton bus station still a problem or is there a fix?

That is actually a good question. Unless Stagecoach are looking to have recharge points installed in the bus station, I cannot see any other reason why they would be a problem. NX use electric buses on the 20 and use the bus station with no problem.

I would think the problem is with installing the chargers at the garage?

I thought it was something to do with the width of the lanes between the shelters at Nuneaton?

NX have used B7RLEs in there which are slightly longer than the Yutongs, so unless it's one of the other lanes that's difficult to turn into shouldn't be a problem

I know that Nuneaton and Bedworth council are planning to completely redo the gyratory around there and I remember something being mentioned about the access to the bus station over a bridge, although I don't see it in the proposals:

The bus station could do with an update and realignment anyway, they don't need that quantity of shelters any more.
