I never knew that the 20A between the QE Hospital and Cofton Hackett ran in the Black Country - https://nxbus.co.uk/west-midlands/service-updates/christmas-and-new-year-services.

It seems there are many areas of Birmingham, including the city centre, that will be part of the Black Country on 26 December and 1 January:

5 West Bromwich - Sutton Coldfield
6 Walsall - Sutton Coldfield
13 Birmingham - Oldbury
13A Birmingham - Blackheath
19 Dudley - QE Hospital
20A QE Hospital - Cofton Hackett
48 West Bromwich - QE Hospital
54 West Bromwich - Worlds End
934 Birmingham - Walsall
937A Birmingham - Brownhills West
997 Birmingham - Walsall
X10 Birmingham - Merry Hill
X51 Birmingham - Walsall services will not operate between Walsall and Cannock
9 Birmingham - Stourbridge
12 Birmingham - Dudley
51 Birmingham - Walsall
74 Birmingham - Dudley
80 Birmingham - West Bromwich
82 Birmingham - Bearwood
87 Birmingham - Dudley
126 Birmingham - Dudley
X8 Birmingham - Wolverhampton
20 QE Hospital - Bromsgrove
77 Walsall - Sutton Coldfield

Isnt it because of the start & end points?

(But I do take your point about the 20!)

Apart from the 20A Off course all the other should be listed on the Black Country page, what's your point with those?

The 20A is included because it is run by a Black Country garage.

The start and end points that are either both in Birmingham, or at least one is? Some of these services are mostly in Birmingham, but are in the Black Country section where the person looking for this information won't think to look.

Just have one section and you won't have this issue. Even better, have bus numbers that aren't duplicated multiple times; that's what a number is for, so you don't have to write out the start and end points.

I even contacted their customer services, waited two weeks, and then got some copied and pasted response about "We have to change schedules at Christmas because it's quieter"... Just read my message properly and tell the website person to have these services in the Birmingham section as well!

EDIT: Tony - So you think these shouldn't be on the Birmingham section as well? Just ignore User Experience, we're all meant to know that the 20A is run by a Black Country garage.

20/20A is ran by WB so that is probably why it is listed

I'm sure the people of Bearwood (82) and Bromsgrove (20) would disagree they're in the Black Country, even Brownhills (937A) is pushing one's luck!!

No doubt because the routes are run by garages deemed to be Black Country, as stated.
