Depends on the purpose if it was to endanger life ie he knew there would be people on site then treat it as attempted Murder then he will, if there wasn't they will treat it as Criminal Damage/Destruction and it will be about say 5 years depending on the amount of damage caused

It cannot be attempted muder unless you knowingly trapped someone inside which is unlikely to say the least at that time in the morning. I suspect no one else was near hence losing 5 vehicles

Oh fair enough I wasn't sure if it was Attempted Murder or Endangering life
