It's not a tendered route is it? Not sure what TFWM could do if it's a commercial route besides advising contact the TC

If you have made a complaint to any bus operator and not received any satisfactory response within 14 days, then the next step will be to contact Bus Users UK who will escalate the complaint on your behalf:

You may also wish to make a complaint with Transport for West Midlands:

TFWM can't do zilch because part of the journey takes place outside of the West Mids

TfWM are part of the West Midlands Bus Alliance, as are local bus operators.

TfWM expects its bus operators to comply with Enhanced Partnership agreements.

If your complaint is about part of the route outside the West Midlands, then you may contact that area's local authority.

Banga's routes are registered with TfWM as the licensing authority and are in charge of enforcing services registered with them.

4 times in the last fortnight the driver of the 1740 5a to town has had the driver say we're going straight to town and not do the route

He used his vape throughout journey and blasted  music with slurs in throughout

DISGUSTING!

Banga have lied about sacking an employee on Google reviews who still drives for them 😭

BusUsers can't do anything if the operator doesn't engage though. I've just gone through them for a complaint for Red Rose. Red Rose didn't reply and so they just closed the case and said there is nothing more they can do.

As an ombudsman, they are about as useless as a chocolate teapot.

More dire service today. It was nice to see a service leaving a starting point at 1302 instead of 1310
Made another call to TFWM, they're just as useless as BB
Bus Users etc have been contacted. But might have to wait a fortnight for a reply
