The Dudley Council Fiesta is still where the accident happened as of 20 mins ago, with front nearside smashed up / front hanging off

When were Diamond drivers made aware of the Walsall situation this morning?

I know, from talking to a driver in the past, they have some messaging system on the ticket machine.

The driver didnt appear to be aware at first, as he crossed Leamore traffic lights & a passenger informed him of the problem, plus he spoke to a Nx driver coming the other way as well, so he ended up turning around at Broadstone Avenue(May Street in TfWm language!) and heading towards Leamore Lane & Green Lane instead.
(He didnt appear to know the alternative route, as he asked which way. I asked him, 'You're not from round here, are you?)

#2128
Change to service 229 from 13th October 2024

To mitigate against delays caused by roadworks, service 229 has been split into two services Mon-Sat daytimes:

229 Bilston - Sedgley
230 Sedgley - Dudley via Tipton

Evening and Sunday journeys will operate as service 229A between Bilston and Dudley as per the previous times and route.

A through single ticket is available for passengers wishing to use both the 229 & 230., currently £2.
