I'm not exaggerating, I seen it with my own eyes somthing was hanging onto the road or bus station layover bays, and the bus was sitting very low.

Air bag faulty? 
Suspension problem?

Could be anything, chasis don't just snap in half

Will 752 be repaired after its chassis snapped. How did this happen?

Chassis especially On a Bus don't just snap unless, they can get pushed and Bent a bit in really bad accidents, car chassis can get split in half if the accident is extremely bad. But Buses highly unlikely, you probably saw the suspension or maybe pipe or wire had collapsed and was hanging below

I'd agree entirely with you @karl724223 but from another viewpoint, major bus operator's miniature bus collapses partially on suspension in bus station provoking fear amongst passengers on board and onlooking local bus spotters and employees!! Nothing to look at here, move along quietly 😲🤣
