Its good that its going to WB, the loud ZF makes it a very unique bus. Hopefully i will catch it on the 5 and get it thrashed

Hopefully it will be used in service that's the main priority and will hopefully be able to do a full day without breaking down.

I suspect it is anything but unique, and any noise was due to the engine being very worn which is why it has been off the road for a couple of months having the engine rebuilt.

And hopefully it won't be 'thrashed' either beaten in a sporting event or even worse the other definitiion an act of physically beating someone; a beating.

Kickdowns definitely sound better than a thrashing!

Bro i want it to get driven fast not slapped up. I thought it was the gearbox that made the sound not the engine

I note 2204 is at miller street for engine repairs, is this what Miller Street primarily do and are any other vehicles there ?

Miller Street's primary roll is maintaining the training fleet, but there is a workshop there where engines are rebuilt.

If any other vehicles would have been there they would be on the list, two left last week including 4770

By my reckoning that makes all the 11reg Coventry examples have been through Walsall for a repaint in either the two tone blue or the grey livery.
Don't judge me until you've walked in my size ten shoes.

Yes, 4885 is the oldest never to have had a repaint, and will be the next BC bus in, unless another has an RTC
