Along with 2175, just defective 4770 & 6966 to leave Coventry now. E104 has gone to Coventry today meaning all 140 are now there

RichardD9

Just to clarify, 4770 has been stored in the Miller Street yard for several weeks now.

Presumably awaiting engine work - at 15 yrs old, plus needing a refurb (or at least paint), I wonder how close to marginal it is re withdrawal?

4450 is off on its travels again!
It's on its way to Wolverhampton to see if it will pass an inspection and see out the last 6 weeks of its MoT there!

Send it to pensnett to retire and not so far to go to the top yard

Mayfield

Funny that it's only managed 2 days in service after someone mentioned days ago that if it failed its inspection it would be scrapped and everyone slagged them off.

It hasn't done any days in service since its last inspection expired, and it hasn't failed any inspection. Walsall just ran it until the last day they could, then parked it.
