A 12 yr old boy has been arrested on suspicion of causing #arson with intent to endanger life after a fire on a bus in Moor Street, Birmingham on Thursday. The boy, from Shard End, was arrested on Friday and has been released on bail whilst enquiries are completed.

12 years old and setting fire to buses.

I think its about time in these cases where the parents get prosecuted as well. Maybe then people will start facing up to their responsibilities as parents.
