That sounds rather terminal, in-fact 1610 was one of the tidier Merc's in later years. That small collection of withdrawn O405N's have been cleared.

Really would like to know if August 28th,29th will be the last days for the remaining Mercedes 0.405's. to be in service at Coventry. I understand that the refurbished Enviros from Walsall will enter service on September 1st. If anyone does get to know please tell this forum.

There will not be enough E400s ready for all the mercs to go that weekend

1703 and 1591 are now parked behind Coventry garage with red stickers in their windscreens, so looks like down to seven.

According to the Fleet list National Express gave me at the Coventry Open Day... The only Merc's left are 1570, 1571, 1572, 1579, 1591, 1594 and 1703. This means there are 47 Single Deckers in Coventry at the moment in service. This includes Bendibuses.

That's correct, the other 2 already mentioned as parked up are both out of MoT
