The B7's and E200MMC's are a lot more comfortable.

E200MMCs are just as crammed as Scania's when you go further back. 

I'm I right to say that I saw E171 at YW Garage yesterday? It certainly looked like an electric, given the style of livery on the front (red, with "free travel" written on the side). I couldn't see the fleet number on the side due to the way the bus was positioned, and to get close would have meant trespassing.

No they didn't, they put them on two stops, actually in the space that there used to be 3 stops. Leaving the 4 where it was would have extended the running time needed, probably needing an extra bus or reduced frquency.

Incorrect, there's always been two stops there. 

Actually I stand corrected, it seems like only a few BC buses aren't flickering anymore, most still are.

I do agree about the capital letters; I wonder why they did it like that.

E043 (EON branded) has no announcements and the PIS screen upstairs is blank. 

I was driving 7535 earlier today, which still had the previous set of announcements and honestly, I still prefer how Elinor says "6 to(ooh) Solihull" rather than the rather robotic "6, to, Solihull".

Although that being said, I do like the additional information added to some of the stops on the updated announcements. (e.g. "Saracens Head, for Parkgate Shopping Centre"). 

The female voice isn't "computer generated". It's Elinor Hamilton.

In any case, a bit of nostalgia this morning with the X21 diverted down Harborne Lane and Metchley Lane.

I know yeah, *cough cough* Quinton Road haha. 

The 76 is already on a semi long term diversion in Stirchley. This one will be a couple of weeks, almost the entirety of Barnes Hill blocked off this evening. I'm sure the 29 used that diversion years ago.

Currently they have the Northbound blocked off, so 76 to Northfield is normal line of route, 76 to Solihull is diverted via Cromwell Road, Newman University, Jiggins Lane and Stonehouse Lane. 

Though, it is set to change at some point with signs saying the road closure on both sides, may well mean that 76 to Northfield will be diverted too. 

Aston Webb Boulevard (by Selly Oak Retail Park) is closed (towards QE Hospital), leaving the 76 with 20-40 minute delays in the rush hour earlier today. 

4386's brake lights were stuck on earlier this afternoon (about midday). 

4605's ticket machine is on the previous software as contactless ticket purchasing wasn't available. Plus the blind also has the old fonts too.
