Looks like it may have started again on the 29s 1863 replaced by 1836 and diverting up the Bloxwich Road

QuoteLet's deep dive your comment for a moment.........

According to Bustimes, and allowing approximate times for dead running to position from/back to garage, here's what it has done since reallocation last Thursday:

Friday 9/5:  WA4        06.00 - 19.00 (13 hours service)

Sat 10/5:    WA4        04.30 - 21.00 (16.5 hours service)

Sun 11/5:  WA70      09.00 - 00.30 (15.5 hours service)

Mon 12/5:  WA X51: 07.30 - 09.19 (1.75 hours service)

I'd say that's very good for a bus that's 16 years old and run three full days and almost a full trip since its reallocation. It's mechanical/electrical and even the Electrics and Platinums breakdown and they're considerably younger too!
And I agree to them facts running over 12 hours a day for a bus that old consistently is a credit to the engineering team at NX which have always looked after the vehicles to a high standard therefore that's why we still see Tridents and Geminis plodding along at over 20 years old. In no way shape or form was Intending to discredit that the vehicle isn't fit for service. The point I was trying to make is that it recently transferred to Walsall and that it had some sort of issue which ment it couldn't carry on with its Service today it was only ment as a light hearted joke in that it recently just transferred and it broke down and whatever issue it was it could happened without it transferring garages. Next time I shall be more clearer in how I put my comments.

Driver of 854 on the 13:07 29 just gave us a nice tour of the Walsall garage as he missed the turn off to go up to Coalpool so went into the garage itself to turn around I'd be surprised if this has ever happened before

Just heard a couple of drivers in Walsall bus station talking about how they are inheriting WN 69 and potentially losing the 41 just wondering if anyone could clarify if it's factual or just rumours many thanks

QuoteOne Walsall Community Transport vehicle is now off the road thanks to the little darlings hanging around the Slacky Lane bridge in Goscote, aiming bricks.

Bus took back to the depot, which I was on, so got a free look at the depot, for a change bus.

Buses now diverted through the top of Little Bloxwich.

The change bus has now got a warning light on, so another phone call to the depot & it's back to the depot yet again!
They've also had a go at 29s again so there ok the normal diversion tonight

QuoteMore BusTimes watchers I see.

As I have pointed out previously, vehicles on BusTimes show the garage of the last route it tracked on.

It should not be assumed that vehicles have transferred, as they could just be on loan.
Firstly i am not a Bus Times watcher I was on my way back from Aston Villa Brookvale Academy where I train if you must know. This is then where I saw the 3 buses listed in Walsall Bus station waiting for the 29 service home

Just a little mistake on my part not looking at the loans section on this page before I typed it on this page like I said I do apologise about it.
