Why didn't you just tell him it was PN that did it ? There was no need for that

People lick admins arses because they are scared to be kicked off despite  their attitude, no manners at all. Change it or we will all leave.

Adios then! Winston

Tony I assume then the X51 will do a one way loop round Cannock Orbital as the KFC entrance is one-way? Also assuming the designer village shops don't open on 21st March due to covid, will it just skip that?

How much of a walk is the section of the X51 route from both Walsall Road & Cheslyn Hay & parts of Landywood, assuming there will be no change to the X51, as it goes 'down the middle' anyway, into Hilton Lane(I think?) ?

About 10 mins from top of Cheslyn Hay, Upper Landywood about the same worst case, relatively central though.

Also note the service also serves the Orbital Retail Park as well!

Yeah interesting it will be doing that as Arriva ran a circular service round the orbital and apparently it wasn't well used. Probably just OAPs doing their shopping. Certainly useful though!

Yes

Woah that will add journey time. Will the X51 run later in evenings? Any changes to the route elsewhere? When will the timetables be posted? Sorry for all the questions!

As a result of S106 funding from the McArthurGlen developers apparently. Hopefully enough people use it to ensure its sustainable to operate commercially once the funding runs out.

Hopefully it will build a structure for other services if its viable. For example a connection between Cannock and Lichfield which will both have Sunday services. I'm sure having connections helps passenger numbers. Cannock train station is walking distance from the village so a threat there for bus operators, to an extent.

Buses in Cannock on a Sunday

X51 goes 7 days a week from 21st March

This will make a lot of people very happy

Didn't all know it was coming. The designer village owners put a wedge of money out to tender for operators to serve there and NX won the tender

So Chaserider can still run through but commercially? When will NX release the new route?

X51 rerouted in Cannock from 21st March to serve the new designer village

We all knew that was coming. Chaserider have said the 60A will run through it (assuming no changes) didn't mention the 3 which passes it. How will it run Tony, as an extension from Cannock? Will all journeys serve there?

You can't put bus lanes in without consultation

I said *minimal* consultation rather than a consultation on what colour to use, what logo, what type of bus etc etc. whatever has been involved with Sprint.

That is what is happening

But the cost of all the consultations and work on the sprint identity etc. must be far higher than simply putting the new lanes in with minimal consultation.

Could have saved a lot of money by simply creating more bus lanes for the X51 (unfamiliar with the other routes) and helping fund hydrogen buses without all the other carry-on.

Ex Thandi NK56 EPO is now with Select. I believe it's been given fleet number 14 according to a post I've seen by a driver.

Sorry its off topic, how do you create the destination blind in youe signature?
