The closing of the Navigation Street footbridge has slowed down the wife's journey home from work. She now has to go in through the new Stevenson Street entrance, very close, but involves walking all the way round once inside & heading down a crowded escalator to a crowded platform at evening rush hour. Hoping they re-open the footbridge, a real time saver.

I was surprised to see a desario on the 22:47 departure from new street to Walsall i thought it would be class 323's or class 170 turbostars as i thought the desarios were only seen in the morning on this route.

X51 re-routed is just a test to see if this is route is quicker than moor street queens way I think it will still serve Aston University.

You can get anything on the 952 on a Sunday, it is usually a decker, any type. I have seen it sometimes and it has been an OmniLink.

The 28 used to be awful at peak times, maybe just due to traffic around Spitfire Island/Tyburn Road. I remember waiting for an hour in Erdington one night on the way home from college for one, the 3 turned up at once!! They all were the E's to Dyas Road too.
I have not used the 28 for a while now, so I don't know if they are still as bad.

Passengers have plenty of options to spend over an hour getting from Wolves to Merry Hill on buses this is why the X1 didn't work on the other hand the x99 (as I recall 45mins to MH) although poorly advertised and only running for a short period did not see much custom either. Against my opinion maybe a 'quick' 'quicker' or limited stop from wolves to MH is not required afterall or maybe It should have been advertised better?
Watch out new route next year X2 W-ton to M.Hill lol :P
