Can't understand why there's a big stink about running Saturday service. It's a revised service, extra a.m journeys for example.

Bloody stupid IMO! So if someone's service is reduced on a NORMAL WEEKDAY what would NX do? Cover the extra £ for the Taxi! Losing out on money, so it doesn't help either NX or the passenger.

Oh so you can't get the bus to the shops with nanny or grand dad then sod 'em off at the shops and go gallivanting for the rest of the day. Makes sense I guess

From the photo on the article, it's not the worst I've seen, looks quite minimal although haven't seen the inside.

IF they did, I really doubt Streetlites. No real need for new single decks atm but plenty of doubles to replace Presidents and maybe early Tridents

About Streetlites. Withybrook rumours of a Wrens Nest and Wollaston Farm circular and the X96 doing Stourbridge to Durley there may be a need for them as B7's wouldn't really be needed for such short routes and with the regular E200's are they still being made?

@Stu  it was restricted when the public opened in whatever year it was. the problem has only got worse since tesco and new square opened. when new street was closed a few months ago for roadworks, the buses that used the road had to go round the ringway in both directions. the bus station was never gridlocked then and as soon as it reopened, the problems started up again.

we are fed up of it. the sooner those cameras come in the better. it's not fair for people who use the buses

I'm gonna guess it's causing problems for NX, Diamond ect. As drivers will be going over the 5hr30min limit.

What are you meant to do if you are stuck in gridlock? Are you allowed to unload passengers or not?

@John  we don't  :) we are fed up of it happening. every day for the last 2 weeks now the bus station has ground to a halt. i am dreading next week but all we can do is keep putting timed tickets in and book the overtime.

Hearing this, really not looking to commuting back from West Brom everyday from sixth form from September!

Must be a problem on the 311/313 again as the next bus at the Parkway is 5 mins then the next one is 25 mins, according to the app!
