The "O" licences were operated by igo which was separated from the other arms of ATG (Group). This is much the same way as HCT do or did operate as I understand it. As a point of interest PD1129 O licence has been in the hands of WMSNT, later ATG (Group) since at least 1990 where 10 discs were awarded in order to operate larger vehicles on registered services in Walsall, Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Coventry. The fact that NatEx has now had to operate all vehicles under "O" licences will put heavy financial restrictions on the services operated, especially Ring and Ride, in the future which will be interesting to observe short to long term. I sincerely hope all goes well with future TfWM funding.

Registration of the 19 service, Maypole to Morrisons Rubery included in N&P today. Slight timetable changes which includes the same timetable Monday to Saturday instead of the present different Saturday. Also will be terminating at Morrisons instead of Great Park in order to give passengers more choice. Any drivers living in the area looking for a 4 day week, new vehicles, competitive rates of pay on a five year contract then get in touch for October 27th start.

Stop press, KEV'S awarded contract to operate 19 Maypole to Rubery from October 27. 5 new E200's on order.

Now official so happy to inform all that KEVSbus will be operating the 19 service from October 27 on a new 5 year contract. We will be using new Enviro 200's yet to be delivered. More news as we get it

Checked today. One of the regular drivers was sunning himself in Florida so one of the coach drivers was doing it for the day. He did a good job and managed to avoid ending up in Weston

Interesting as both regular drivers on this route are ex Diamond and have been on the route for a long time. the machines are managed by Worcester and we have not heard of any reported problems before.

I heard of this several weeks ago so fairly sure that drivers were aware. It appears from a third party that insurance quote substantially higher than last year so owners decided not to continue operation due to increased costs.

YX18KVR arrived Friday, hopefully on 38 on Monday if ready. Needs inspection and machine fitting but should be on at least by Tuesday
