Couple of questions on Johnsons if anyone knows anything about them....

Every morning on my commute into work I always pass around 5/6 of the companies coaches coming out of Birmingham along the Aston Expressway onto the M6 heading what I assume is back to base. This is at around half 6 every morning. What kind of contract would they be operating this early. Is it anything to do with Amazon? Around the same time I see a Catteralls of Southam with LED display saying Amazon so not sure if related. Either way good to see that during this climate they are getting daily work even if it's not to the demand it once was!

Also, I saw one of the 08 or 09 plate Scania Irizars debranded of the Johnsons name. It still had the rest of the livery. It was parked up in Birmingham next to a Whittles Coach. Has this been removed from Johnsons fleet and transferred to Whittles or has it left the company entirely and just purely a coincidence that they were next to each other?

Yes, Johnsons do run a couple of coaches on the Amazon Rugeley contracts.

Most likely a transfer between Johnsons & Whittles (Whittles are part of Johnsons).

Not seen it around here unless it is stored or being worked on in whittles yard

i would just liked to say. that the 45minute timetable that came in  october  on  the  10 in kidderminster is working out better for the drivers and passengers  it means the drivers can keep to time easier . and  it  also with more people  on one bus it  makes it better for  you .  cedric

Is the Worcester  depot  moving  ?   or are first pulling out of Worcester   ?   as i have seen in Worcester  evening news  . that in  the proposed  redevelopment of Worcester . the Padmore St site of firsts depot is included in  it

Simon  does that mean  20176 to 20180 and the others 218- forgot last number  and 32311  will be going that way  as well.    if so what are they going to be replaced with.

32221  is shown  on the tracker today as being on the 10 and the 125.  think it could be 32321 on the 10  as  there are no 125 markings on  it when it   goes past my place.  can you answer a question  for me please  how  many  white  streetlites   are  in kidderminster   cedric

20181 wasn't at Kidderminster, it entered service at Tividale. It was in the yard on the morning of the 25th October, and went out for the first time the day after.

just  going  on tony fleetlist  and the last two fleet changes  which shows it new at kidderminster in septmember transfered  to  tividale   last month.  and  has shown up on tracker   on  kiddeminster  services  till  towards  end  of last month  . and i saw in service down here my self

20181 has moved from  kidderminster to tividale     

The 192 usually has one of the white Streetlites on there.

20186 is a white livered one

20186  BX 70  GHA   is on the 192  just seen it in  Kidderminster  bus station

which west midlands services does kidderminster work ?  just wondering as  vehicle that are shown  as being here   is on  the 224 according to tracker
