Just remembered, yesterday evening as I was walking home, I passed 4052 parked up at the stop outside the Inn On The Green in Acocks Green village; it had got there no problems as I saw it from inside Wilkinsons going round the island, but was having some difficulty getting it started again after turning off the engine, as it was making a horrible grating noise as the starter motor was turning. Don't know if they got it going again, but didn't sound at all healthy!

4052 completed all its journeys on the 1 yesterday, and left on time on all of them, so no breakdown

I'm pleased to hear that, but it didn't sound good when I walked past it at the time!
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

All opinions and onions mentioned on here are mine and not those of any employer, current, past, present or future, or presented as fact, unless I prove it otherwise.

A Green Bus 50 broke down where Highgate Middleway crosses Moseley Road blocking the road and causing all operator's buses to have to go on diversion

Just been told that a diamond solo doing the (late running) 1620 ex Dudley failed on Pensnett high street...brakes locked on it apparently. It was a slowlo apparently

Considering that Green Bus don't have that many buses, they seem to get mentioned on here quite often having broken down.
