Ironically 1551 was seen on Tuesday making an appearance in Stourbridge...advertising the 004 in Bromsgrove!

Anyway to keep on topic, B7RLE 30834 appeared in Dudley Tuesday on a 205, along with Pointer 20205

Yeah 002 was messed up today-cadet EKE broken down and then 806 and another bunched up so massive gaps in the service. In fairness the driver of 806 did apologise and explain to every passenger and was a great drive

Ash

30206 seen with it's hazard lights on pulled up at a bus stop still with the engine running but I think the driver was having problems with the bus on the 4M. 30205/6 are the 2 most unreliable cadets they have followed by 30209 and 30214.

30218's always got problems as well though the interiors good-best cadet is 30216 by far

Ash

30202 and 30218 don't sound very good at all and I agree about 30218 it broke down a couple of weeks back with me on it suddenly the engine cut out on the 4M in Cradley Heath.

Yeah 30218 has been sounding awful recently-diamond really should try and sell these as they are clearly quite unreliable compared to darts such as W567JVV which were pounding round the 4 with scarcely any breaks today and didnt break down-they were carrying good loads as well. The more darts that can be put back into service and as I have said they are some of the most reliable buses in the fleet. Sell the solos, especially the 03 ones and the cadets and move up buses from wessex or buy more darts

I think 30202 is the worst Cadet, or one of them

PM

Must admit I like 30218 as I remember catching it on the 64 for several weeks back in 08 and it was fantastic-really clean, great condition and first time I had ever been on a cadet. The rest arent great to be honest-theyve been pounded about for coming up to 12 years and it really is showing-they seem to overheat etc even though interiors look fine.

According to Joe, there's a Plain White B7RLE on the 50 today registration BK13 NZM.
